The film picks up six years after the death of Trife (Aml Ameen) from the first film with the release of Sam (Noel Clarke) from jail where he has been for the past six and a half years for killing Trife. After being released, he goes to the cemetery where he visits Trife's tombstone where he is attacked by Trife's cousin.

violence The opening scene sees a rave going on under some overpass in London where a group of hooligans attack a pass-byer in his car, they smash his window and then shoot him in his leg with a handgun. Sam gets into a fight in a graveyard and is stabbed in the shoudler (blood seeps through his hoodie) and then he kicks the person off and asks him who sent him Dabs tries to get Omen to kill his own brother, Sam , but he refuses, then Omen kicks Dabs several times before threatning him with a knife. Hayden (Danny Dyer) punches Sam once in the stomach and tells him to go away. Many flashbacks occur in the film of Sam in prison, one of them shows Trevor's uncle torturing Sam with a metal pole by shoving it in his spine (Quite brutal) but not graphic. Sam calls the CO19 Armed Response Unit before entering a house with a gun and aiming it at Trevor's Uncle, Uncle Curtis. When the CO19 turn up, Sam tries to run away as fast as he can. The final confrontation between Sam and Jay finishes with a fight including fists, baseball bats and handguns.
